Christian Miller brings a unique blend of deep jazz experience and creative versatility to his teaching. Having traded astronomy for jazz, he’s become a fixture on the UK scene, performing with everyone from traditional jazz legend Adrian Cox to fusion master Mike Mondesir. His credits include work with Nigel Price, Heidi Vogel, Alex Garnett, and Ian Shaw, plus standout projects like Hot Club of Jupiter and the Balagan Café Band.
He’s played at top venues like Ronnie Scott’s and The Vortex, toured internationally, and collaborated with New York and New Orleans artists including Gordon Webster, Brandi Disterheft, and Aurora Nealand.
Christian is also a passionate educator with over a decade of private teaching experience and a Jazz Services/Yamaha Bursary for Music Education.
